Eliane Maroun is our Artist Spotlight!
French living in Paris. Eliane was born in Beirut, where she lived for 13 years. Her abstract paintings media is oil on canvas with a spatula. Her inspiration comes from a mixture of feelings generated by:
• the war in Lebanon and that strong survival instinct for what is the best in life
• childhood on the seaside combined with the scents of orange blossoms, jasmine & gardenias
• her Jewish identity hidden for a long time
• her arrival in France, student life in Spain, the US and Paris.
During her painting process, she follows her instincts, feelings and hopes, while listening to music.
We’re happy to highlight Eliane’s art which beautifully reflects her unique story of strength and her sensitivity.

Greicy Khafif is our Artist Spotlight! ✨✨
“The orbit of my artistic research revolves around what makes us human. For me, this encompasses two fundamental issues: imperfections and speech. Based on these two pillars, I seek to explore themes that permeate my personal universe, such as the feminine in all its aspects, faith with its questions, and our development as human beings, always striving to bring maximum authenticity through my pictorial imperfections. Judaism is strongly represented in paintings and collages, both in the reproduction of Chassidic phrases or Zionist themes, as my attempts to bring light and awareness of what and who we are in the midst of so many twisted narratives.”
We’re happy to highlight Greicy’s powerful work, where she speaks her mind through visuals and texture.
