ABOUT:
Monica Czukerberg (b. 1983, Mexico City) is a visual artist and architect based in Mexico. She studied Architecture at Anáhuac University and holds an MFA from Barry University (2025). Her education also includes studies in Fashion, Art History, Drawing, and Painting in Mexico and Italy. Her work has been shown in four solo and over forty group exhibitions in Mexico, the U.S., and Spain.
Artist Statement:
“I am a visual artist exploring abstract painting, sculpture, mixed media, and photography. My work blends geometric and organic forms, born from experimentation with materials, textures, and shapes. I call my style ‘abstract realism,’ merging nature’s essence into undefined spaces inspired by Mexico’s magic towns and natural beauty. Through abstraction, I seek to evoke emotional landscapes that transport viewers to a magical corner of the world.”
