Details of THE SATELLITE ART FAIR – Miami Art Week 2025:
Art Fair Dates: December 4th to 7th, 2025
Location: SATELLITE ART FAIR IS LOCATED ON COLLINS AVENUE (NEXT DOOR TO AQUA ART FAIR) CONVENIENTLY A BLOCK FROM UNTITLED ART FAIR & SCOPE. They are also JUST A 10 MINUTE WALK FROM ART BASEL AT THE CONVENTION CENTER., Miami, Florida, USA
Accepted works: Original Art Works On Paper, Limited Edition Prints, Hand Embellished Prints. Works can be up to 16" x 20".
Participation Sizes and Costs:
$150 for 3 artworks.
Please note: Commission to Stars In The Arts is 20% per piece sold in case the artist is not on site and does not make their own sale.
Drop Off:
New York Area Artists:
Option 1: Drop Off In NYC or Riverdale before November 25th. Address to be provided upon approval and payment.
Option 2: Shipping to Miami, to arrive by December 1. Address to be provided upon approval and payment.
Miami Area Artists
Drop off dates: Dec 3rd, 2025, hours TBD. The Artist is responsible for delivering the artwork during the day.
Art Removal:
New York Area Artists:
Unsold art work will be taken back to NY and pick up arranged at same locations as drop off.
Miami Area Artists
The Artist is responsible for the removal of any unsold art during the breakdown period, evening of Dec 7th. If the artist is unable to remove their art, please email the curators at starsinthearts18@gmail.com
Packing and shipping charges, insurance costs, other handling expenses, and risk of loss or damage incurred in the delivery of artworks to the venue and removal of artworks from the venue back to its rightful owner is the sole responsibility of the client/artist or assigned representative.

Stars In The Arts will be collecting payment for sold artworks. Stars In The Arts will pay Florida Sales Tax (6%). Artist will receive 80% of net price.
Artist Responsibilities:
Artwork needs to be contained in a cellophane sleeve with cardboard backing.
Artwork needs to be signed by hand.
A certificate of authenticity needs to be included in the sleeve along with your business card.
Price sticker needs to be visible on the sleeve.
The exhibition must remain up for the duration of the entire show. Only works approved by Stars in the Arts are allowed. SITA holds the right to adjust the exhibitors display, relocate the display and re-design the room/booth. SITA and Satellite reserves the right to remove any exhibitor from the exhibition for any reason they deem necessary.
