“Together” Exhibit

May 16 - Midtown Manhattan

Our first event, "Together", took place on May 16th, 2024, in Manhattan, for one evening only. The exhibit featured Israeli and mostly local Jewish artists. If you would like to help us with our initiative and help us get the next event off the ground please go to our GoFundMe page.

A percentage of art sales on May 16 was donated to Jewish National Fund – USA for their Build Together Campaign, an initiative to rebuild communities in the Israel Envelope.

OUR STORY

This initiative is co-founded by Annette Back and Lilian Kebudi. Annette is a NYC-based fine artist working in mixed media with oils and acrylic. She is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts and is passionate about Women's Rights and Jewish Rights advocating through her artwork. Lilian Kebudi is a NYC-based painter born in Brazil. Since Oct 7th, she shifted her body of work to spread awareness about the hostages, and the shared sentiment of Jews around the world. Lilian recently graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Public Affairs and is interested in building communities and supporting others in the arts field.

Annette and Lilian connected through their shared desire to keep the Jewish artist community supported and safe.

We hope you can help us to make this event a reality and to see you at the exhibit to show your support.
